What Is A Business Day?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays (federal holidays when the USPS or courier services are closed). The USPS holiday calendar is available online. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

What Are The Delivery Times?

  • Delivery occurs between 6:00AM and 10:00PM EST on weekdays.
  • Estimated delivery times are:

Canada UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post 3 - 5 business days
United States UPS or FedEx 3 - 10 business days
UK & Europe Royal Mail, DPD, UPS 3 - 10 business days
International UPS, FedEx 10 - 15 business days
Australia Startrack, UPS 3 - 7 business days

What Happens If I Am Absent?

  • If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a notice on your door or mailbox allowing re-scheduling or pickup at the local post office.

What if My Purchase Is Returned To Sender?

  • US Orders: If returned, we will contact you to verify your address.
  • If we cannot confirm your address within 5 business days, we will process a refund less the original shipping cost and the return shipping fee.

How Can I Track My Shipment?

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link if you provided your email address.

What About Pre-Order Items?

  • Orders including pre-order products will ship together once all items are ready.
  • To receive stock items immediately, place separate orders for in-stock items versus pre-orders.

Free Shipping Restrictions

  • Promotions for free shipping apply only to qualifying orders as advertised.
  • Certain products or locations (especially remote regions) may not qualify for free shipping and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & International Fees

  • We ship DUTY UNPAID (DDU) internationally.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are payable directly to your local customs authorities.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or additional charges incurred.

Address & Order Changes

  • Check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

  • After shipment, changes may not be possible.
  • Incorrect addresses resulting in returns will be reshipped at additional cost.

Order Cancellation & Modification

  • We will do our best; however, we cannot guarantee modifications after processing or shipping.
  • Guest orders cannot be linked to an account or modified after purchase; only registered accounts can manage orders.
